Another big company automates Contract Management

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA this week announced that it has expanded its use of I-many Inc's software solutions to include the Enterprise Contract Management 4.0 platform and associated applications, known collectively as ContractSphere. This suite will provide Teva with access to integrated contract lifecycle components tailored to life sciences companies.

Procurement organizations are under immense cost and regulatory pressures to put Contract Management systems in place to maximize sourcing and vendor management. But a sourcing system without a contract management software and compliance system does not address the most important corporate initiatives, such as Sarbanes-Oxley," said Kirk Krappe, executive vice president for worldwide markets at I-many.
